My Dad used to say a picture paints a thousand words, and I have to agree, so we have launched our Instagram site where we will share our fundraising japes both old and new to give our loyal supporters and friends another place to visit the fun times we have had raising money for the wonderful Hope House.

We promise to keep the images of chubby blokes in Lycra to a minimum unless we get donations to increase them of course !
